I've purchased and sold real estate for the past 10 years now and David Sweis has helped me so much in the past 5 years doing so. I can not tell you how much this man has fixed, helped, corrected, the situation of any blockade that was in the way. He knows what he's talking about, he knows what he's doing and he is very aggresive in making sure his clients get the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★MR. SWEIS TOOK MY CASE ON THREE YEARS AGO. MY HOME WAS IN FORCLOSURE AND I WAS UPDISE DOWN. I OWED 364,000 ON MY HOME BUT IT WAS ONLY WORTH 210,000 AT BEST. I DID NOT PAY ON MY HOME FOR THREE YEARS. DAVID ASSURED ME EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT AND BOY DID IT TURN OUT ALL RIGHT. DAVE WAS ABLE TO GET THE BANK TO REDUCE THE PRINCIPAL BY 200,000 AND WAIVE ALL BACK PAYMENTS. I HAVE 4 KIDS AND WIFE LIVING IN MY HOUSE IF I WAS FORCED TO LEAVE I DONT KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My bank illegally foreclosed on my house. David spanked them in court so much that they essentially wrote off the mortgage, clearing my name. We were able to stay in our old house long enough to transition to a new home.
